Using the ERASE Command in AutoCAD
Erase is a straightforward command. Use it to erase any objects in the drawing. Initiate the ERASE command then press ENTER. Select all objects you want to erase from the drawing and press ENTER again. In the image below, the ERASE command has been initiated and the pickbox is next to the magenta square, ready to select it and be erased.
