How To Use The AutoCAD REDO Command

The REDO command reverses the UNDO command. REDO can only be used in two instances:

• Immediately after an UNDO command.
• Immediately after a REDO command.
   

If all UNDO commands have been redone, a message is displayed that says, “Everything has been redone.”

If the REDO command is initiated when it does not immediately follow an UNDO or another REDO command, a message is displayed that says, “Nothing to redo”.

MREDO Options

Alternately, MREDO allows for multiple REDO commands at once. Three options are available when MREDO is initiated:

1. Enter Number of Actions

Entering an integer will redo the number of actions entered.

2. All

Entering an integer will redo the number of actions entered.

3. Last

Only the last command will be redone.
